The Joint Catalogue presents sustainable agricultural tourism experiences developed within the MED‑GIAHS Network. It showcases activities from recognized and potential GIAHS sites across the Mediterranean, highlighting their agricultural heritage, traditional practices, landscapes, and community‑based tourism initiatives. As an outcome of local and interregional cooperation, it aims to enhance the value of Mediterranean agricultural heritage by promoting tourism as a tool for rural development in the face of climate change, depopulation, and loss of traditional knowledge. The catalogue invites visitors to discover, taste, and connect with living agricultural heritage through authentic, place‑based experiences.
